We pride ourselves on being upfront about our pricing. However, estimates given over the phone are sight-unseen best-guess pricing — room sizes vary, and we may make adjustments before cleaning begins. Pricing is based on standard room size; areas exceeding 250 sq. ft. will be counted as two or more rooms.
Please let us know when booking if you have wool carpet in your home, as it requires special care. Also note that not all stains can be removed — some spills or tracked-in substances can permanently damage carpet fibers. Our technicians will manage your expectations throughout the process.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Please note there is a 3% surcharge for debit and credit card payments. Cash is always appreciated!
Some areas we service require an out-of-area minimum charge based on drive time from our base. This will be assessed by our team when you call. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, give us a call — we're happy to help.
Treatment for pet issues is not included in standard cleaning pricing. Urine, feces, blood, or vomit may require additional procedures to address odor, bacteria, and staining. Pricing for these issues will be assessed on-site, though we can give you a general idea over the phone.
If a recommended pet treatment is declined, we cannot warranty cleaning results in contaminated areas.
Our schedule fills up fast. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. We appreciate your business and ask that you be considerate of our schedule — just as we are of yours.
